Take a little bowl and grant the cheese in it. Mix the cheese with one big spoon of flour. Now give the egg to it and mix it with a fork all together. add a little bit of milk (maximum 2 spoons). It should give a really think dough.
Now slice from the rough bread (Schweizer Ruchbrot) is a big slice (around 1.2 cm).
Put around little butter or sunflower oil in a pan and heat it on middle temperature now put the bread in the dough, both sides should get the dough.
Then bake one the one side for 2 minutes, if it gets a little thick and brown, turn all and bake on the other side.
Serve it hot and as you like with a green salad. You can eat it by hand or serve as a Apèro in little cubes.
