Egg and Banana Roti with vanilla ice cream🇹🇭 ロティ カイ サイ クワイ🇹🇭

材料・調味料 (7 人分)
All purpose flour
350g
Salt
1 1/2tsp
Condense milk
4tsp
Water
150g
Egg
15g
Cooking oil
1/4cup
Egg for topping
1pcs per 1person
Banana for topping
1/2pcs per 1 person
Butter for frying
1tsp per 1 person
Cooking oil for frying
1tbs per 1person
Condensed milk for topping
Granulated sugar
Vanilla ice cream
作り方

Dough preparation:
Prepare flour and water in a separate bowl.

In a water bowl, combine salt and condensed milk and egg with water.

Gradually add water mixture into the flour bowl. Add butter and thresh the mixture until well combined. This will take around 30-40 mins. By hands.

Roll the ball out of the dough. The size should be around 70 grams.

Coat the dough with cooking oil and let it sit in the close container for approximately 3hours before using.

Frying the Roti:
Spread cooking oil onto the surface of a table or tray.

Take one dough and flatten the dough. Use your hand to swing and hit the dough wit the flat surface in order to make the dough expand into a thin sheet.

In the pan, using medium heat. Add cooking oil and wait until the pan is ready. Add your fresh Roti sheet onto the pan.

Add butter and beaten egg along with chopped banana onto the Roti sheet. Fold 4corner of the sheet and flip. Fry until golden colour and crispy.

Cut the Roti into small pieces and top with condensed milk and granulated sugar. Served with vanilla ice-cream.
