Peri Peri Chicken wings (Teflon grilled)

chicken wings
500.gram
peri peri sauce
6.tbsp
garlic (chopped)
4.pcs
salt
1/2.tsp
white vinegar
2.tbsp
plain yogurt
2.tbsp
water
50.ml
oil for grilling

cut into 2 the chicken wings, wash clean, put inside the bowl mix with peri peri sauce, plain yogurt, white vinegar, salt, and chopped garlic, mix them well and keep for marinated for at least 6 hours.

after 6 hours, transfer to non sticky pan or large teflon, add the water and let it cook on medium low heat till all the water absorb to the chicken wings. (when you cook, once in a while turn over them so you will not get the burn in the bottom)

after all water absorb to the chicken wings, turn off the flames.

take another teflon or pan grilled, switch on the flames, put oil on the teflon and let it hot, places the chicken wings that we already cook before, grilled them just couple minutes turn both side just till the skin looks bit brown.
ポイント

1). if you using Oven instead of teflon for grilling, after the marination chicken wings no need to cook it first. so after the marination transfer to the baking tray and put in the oven till looks golden brown.
