It's Nami's recommendation from a long time ago,I finally made it.Consists of deep fried pork(not Sakura,just ordinary),shiba tusks,cabbage,cucumber as suggested. Love this combination! Hi Nami,it's been a long time I starred⭐️this,I totally love this combination of sushi but there is nowhere I could buy,it became my mission to make it myself,I finally got the しば漬け,and most importantly a big square pan to make the big tamago yaki.Still not experienced enough to make rolls like this,I should have put more cabbage...I could imagine the sakura pork far more superior than mine too.Apart from these,it was still delicious for me! Thank you for your recommendation,you always pick really amazing sushi,to buy or make!
Thank you very much! I had this in mind for a long time,but it's quite hard to believe the thing that gets in the way is actually a big tamago yaki pan.I finally found one on line,and here it is! The combination is a winner,but the arrangement and rolling skill need to be improved upon!I need more imagination!

I fell in love with this as soon as I saw your post,what a tasty looking sushi you brought back from your travel! It was long time ago,but I didn't forget it,the only problem was to find a pan big enough to make 薄焼き卵,I reckon this is 太卷 size,so it has to be as big as a full size nori,I finally found it online. I really enjoy this,tonkatsu with some nice pickles,cabbage and cucumber,a combination always appealing,it's specially good in a sushi roll,all in one bite. Thank you for the explanation,you have listed the ingredients at your post so I could follow! I see,the place is called 八木亭,there are wonderful food to be found in Japan even stops next to highway!
