Sweet and sour chicken

Large boneless chicken breasts

Large capcicum

Ketchup
6 tablespoon
White vinegar
1/3 cup
Soy sauce
4 tablespoon
Sweet chili sauce
3 ,tablespoon
Sugar
1/4 cup sugar
water
1/4 cup
Cornstarch
3 tablespoon

Dice the chicken breasts into medium squares. Break an egg and add it to the chicken. Add the cornstarch and mix it all together.

In a frying pan, fry the chicken until golden brown

In a wok, add cooking oil and cook the capcicum until tender.

Mix the ketchup, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, vinegar, sugar and water. Add the mixture to the capcicum and cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat.

Add the fried chicken to the mixture. Cook over a high heat. Decrease the heat and let it simmer for 8 minutes.

Serve hot with white steamed rice.
