Sweet quinoa, yoghurt and mango

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Quinoa
Half cup
Natural fruit juice
Half cup
Water
Half cup
Yoghurt
200gm
Mango
100gm

Boil the water and juice together in a pan

Stir in the quinoa, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Fluff quinoa and serve with yoghurt and chopped mango.
ポイント

Add a little stevia or an artificial sweetener to the water / juice mix for extra sweetness.
