It's been a long time...
Ever since I came back from Italy,I have been wanting to make this again!
A place I visited in Milan,where they serve it with an orange oil,I love this idea,the orange oil I bought there has expired,I made some of my own.
Also marinated peppers,all these will go in my focaccia sandwiches for days to come!

Finally I have worked out a way to do this with my oven,it wasn't easy especially in a hot day,but I was so glad with the result,tender meat and crispy skin!
Orange oils is recommendation from a restaurant,I love citrus flavoured oil,and it really goes with with the porchetta.
I am not as good as you with rolled cake,but rolled meat,that's easy enough for me!
I am attracted to Orange Oil✨

Roll cake may be easier for me😆(笑)
