Mushroom soup with klotski;)

Forest mushrooms
0.5kg
Vegetable or meat broth
2.5l
Vegetable oil
Onions chopped finely
2pcs
Garlic
2cloves
Dill (dried is also ok)
Sour cream (yoghurt)
800ml
Salt and pepper

For dumplings:
Flour

Wash, clean the mushrooms. Onions chop finely and fry until soft and golden colour. Add the mushrooms. Now this time we cover the mushrooms with a cap for a moment - they will immediately produce the juice. All that we need is to evaporate the moisture from the pan and lightly fry mushrooms.
Bring vegetable or meat broth(2.5l) to boil and add the mushrooms.

Cooking sour cream dressing.
Add 2 tbs flour to 800ml of sour cream and knead well - we do not want lumps! Breed sour cream with a hot broth and fill soup with it.

While stewing the mushrooms, cook dumpling of 1cup flour: 2 eggs, 0.5 tsp salt.
Put a large pot on the fire with water and bring to boil. Season with salt and give a spoonful of vegetable oil. In a bowl with sifted flour add the eggs, salt and knead the dough.

Do not to seek for regular consistence - the dough should be like thick cream with cottage cheese. Put dough into a colander with large holes or a usual large grater and burst dough using spatula into the boiling water in a saucepan. Since ready dumplings float, let them boil for another minute. Drain and add them to the mushroom soup.

Finely cut clove or two of garlic, dill, all add to a soup. Add salt, ground black pepper. Bring to a boil a minute and fry a couple of mushrooms for decoration. Turn off the heat, soak for a couple of minutes, pour into the plates and serve garnished with fried mushrooms.
