材料・調味料
chicken
1 lb
flour
for dredging
salt & pepper
for tasting
sliced onions
1 whole
sliced bell pepper
1 whole
cilantro
I cup
dry herbs such as parsley, oregano and of that sort
pinch
beans
1 can
olive oil
3 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 Tbsp
yellow rice
2 cups
chicken stock
4 cups
tomato paste
1 Tbsp
chopped tomato / canned tomato works too

作り方

dredge chicken, shallow fry in a covered pot (pref dutch oven with heavy cover) after browning the chicken, leave aside.

brown the rice in the same pot (leave the chicken oil)

add in onion, garlic and peppers cook about 4 mins

add tomato paste, tomatoes, cilantro,beans and chicken stock(don't mix!). cover and simmer for 25mins (don't open for that 25mins!)

and serve! :)
ポイント

spanish style cuisine is awesome with hot sauce (louisiana pepper sauce/red hot)

don't open while simmering or the rice will taste like chalk!
