Healthy Food - Protein Pancakes

Vanilla whey protein
1 scoop
Oat flour
1/2 cup
Egg whites

Coconut milk
1/2 cup
Baking soda
1 tsp
Sea salt
Dash
Vanilla extract
Dash
Mango

Mix all wet ingredients in large bowl

Mix all dry ingredients in small bowl

Dice all fruit and mix together to make a fruit salsa

Add coconut oil to grease skillet that is set on medium heat and add mixture.

Flip when bubbling at the top. Wait until each side is slightly golden brown. Top with salsa

I used all natural almond butter and organic honey as my syrup
