Chocolate chocolate chips muffin 😉 (Low Fat Yoghurt)

材料・調味料 (10 人分)
Prima Deli - Top flour
2 & 2/3 cups
Sugar
1.5 cups
Baking cocoa
1/2 cup
Baking soda
1.5 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
eggs

Plain low fat yoghurt
2 cups
Water
1/2 cup
Milk
1/2 cup
Rice Bran oil
1 cup
Vanilla extract
1 tsp
Hershey Semi Sweet choc chips

作り方

Mix the dry ingredients.

Mix the liquid ingredients in a separate bowl.

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Prepare muffin tray and liners and pour batter mix into each cup.

Bake 20 mins. 170 degree.
Cooling 10 mins. Total preparation time 30 mins.

This is my 2nd attempt! crispy on outside and moist inside & the taste is not too sweet and taste like double dark choc with semi sweet after taste...😋😋😋 Yummy!!!
Crunchy on the outside on baking day.

Next day the choc muffins taste soft and moist

Goes very well with fresh milk 😉😍
