Feet cuisine! We Chinese have a thing about feet,especially from poultries,they might not be the prettiest to look at,but certainly taste really well.This is actually a Thai dish that I love so much,duck feet are braised in pork fat,oyster sauce,spices until very tender,and eat with some egg noodle
to soak up the delicious sauce.For those of you who live in Japan,duck feet are probably hard to find,but please look out for this dish if you travel to Thailand,I promise you will love it,that is if you could get over the thought of sucking some feet...
