Haha,I got the herbs from a vegetable stall that I shop in the wet market,it also supply the restaurants too,so it has a variety of fresh herbs and sells at reasonable price too,I got this big bunch of parsley for about ¥70,so I made a bouquet just for fun! I couldn't bore everyone making a bolognes
bolognese,so I made with duck and chestnut,a long favorite of mine.The chestnuts are from China,we have them not only autumn,but through winter as well,they are not bad at all,very aromatic and sweet!It's a good combination,I'd really like you to try too,you won't be disappointed!
