鴨と栗ラグーのフェットチーネ
Just a variation of bolognese,using mince duck meat,and chestnut adds a lovely sweetness.
Seemed you spent fabulous herb week.I could see different beautiful green in each pics.
Here is many fresh Italian parsley🍀✨like a green bouquet,i love it!
In fact i loooove ragout sauce,but I've never seen this combination.it's stunning💘
What kind of chestnut did you use? Sweet stuff? I want to im

Haha,I got the herbs from a vegetable stall that I shop in the wet market,it also supply the restaurants too,so it has a variety of fresh herbs and sells at reasonable price too,I got this big bunch of parsley for about ¥70,so I made a bouquet just for fun!
I couldn't bore everyone making a bolognes
bolognese,so I made with duck and chestnut,a long favorite of mine.The chestnuts are from China,we have them not only autumn,but through winter as well,they are not bad at all,very aromatic and sweet!It's a good combination,I'd really like you to try too,you won't be disappointed!

usually I use lots parsley,but my closest store selling only more small quantity and it's about ¥120..😔mmm

Thanks,I am glad you like this,just trying to make something different from bolognese,this is a favorite combination of mine,it works so well.I agree adding both liver and pumpkin are good in ragu too,I'd love to make one too!
