plain flour
185 g
butter
125g
eggs

salt
1/4 teaspoon
banana ( ripe)

100 g
cocoa powder

for the pastry :
sift flour and salt
rub in butter
add 1 egg and mix to form a soft dough
chill dough in refrigerator.

preheat oven 180° C
crush the bananas
add sugar and mix well
cook on low heat until slightly thickens
add cocoa powder and mix well
remove from heat and leave to cool slightly.

roll out dough
place dough in tart tin
add banana mixture on dough
cut remaining dough into stripes
cover the tart with the stripes
brush with egg
bake for 30 mins

serve warm or cold with a cup of tea
