Nalysnyky with fresh cheese under the poppy sauce;))

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Pancakes:
Milk
0.5l
Eggs
4pcs
Wheat flour (high grade flour)
6tbs
Sugar
2-3tsp
Salt
1pinch
Vegetable oil
4-5tbs
Cheese filling:
Cottage cheese
500-600g
Raisins
100g
Eggs
1-2pcs
Sugar
To taste
Vanilla
作り方

Eggs stir slightly with sugar and salt using mixer. Add milk, mix it well and then add flour spoon by spoon till the mixture will get the consistence of a liquid sour cream.

Add vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the frying pan using soup ladle and turn it rapidly making circle to make thin and steady crepe.

Fry crepes on a medium fire till the light brown crisps from time greasing the frying pan with oil brush.

Prepare cheese filling. Wash raisins in a hot water, dry with kitchen towel. Add sugar, vanilla and 1 egg to cheese and blend lightly. Add raisins to a cheese mass.

Put 2tbs of cheese filling in the middle of every pancake and fold ( tubes, envelopes etc.), put nalysnyky into the baking mold grease with a little melted butter, cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven 200C for 15 minutes. Serve nalysnyky with poppy sauce and sour cream( yoghurt).

Poppy sauce:
Wash 100g poppy seeds in boiled water, drain, put new boiled water and cook for 20 minutes. Blend with 3tbs sugar, add 10g butter, 0.5 cup milk and a little honey and cook for another 15 minutes.
