For making tasty Semi Pork Dry Fry, 1st Boil the pork with little salt up to 15 minutes in pressure cooker.
2nd Take a fry pan, heat the pan for 5 minutes add oil for frying the boiled Pork up to 15 minutes or till the pork become golden brown. Keep stiring till it's start leaving Oil. After sometime Add Chopped Onion and Fry it for another 5 minutes.
3rd Add Ginger Garlic Chopped and fry it for 5 minutes and then add Blackpaper and the coriender Leaves. The Semi Pork Dry fry is ready to Serve.
