作り方

take a pan put 1tbsp ghee n put onion an tomato slice sautey for 5mints n then u add 1cup of water n cap it for medium to high flame n reduce all water then u blend it n mixture

coriander n mint leafs some paste n same orignal condition

take a pan and put all ingredients except rice n mixture

take a pan n put 4tbsp ghee n put marinated chicken n sautey for 5mints n then u add ur mixture n sautey well

for boil ur rice with half pan water put some badiyan phool bay leaf coriander seeds n boil ur rice

n stain out ur rice water n set a side ur rice

make 2layer of ur rice n 1layer ur chicken gravy n take low flame for dum

make sure ur boil rice cook only1/3part .
