Marinate everything in the Italian dressing for a few hours or overnight. Start your bbq pit and put together the kabob ingredients on the screwers. Cook steak 3 min each side and set off direct heat for 6-8 more min. Cook kabobs over direct heat for 3 min each side as well and let them finish cooking off direct heat till shrimp is cooked and vegetables are tender.
Base your food with the Italian dressing as you grill. I used a big smoker pit with pecan wood.
