Hi Rizmu!So glad you like this one! Watercress soup is really tasty,I love to make it at winter time when they are the best,combination varies,this year was seafood,and I totally enjoyed it,clam bubble was essential to bring in more complex flavours!Green colour soup is always appealing!
Thank you Makiko!Our watercress is best in winter,so I have to make this before winter ends,won't be long now.Nasturtium is a plant,cress family,both flower and leaf could be eaten,peppery taste,really lovely!!

The green veggies are especially good in winter time here,we have a large selection.This is our Chinese type watercress,but we call it 西洋菜,it's similar(look and taste)to western,but not quite exactly. It's still very tasty made into western style soup. For old time sakes,please make some watercress dishes,should be easy enough in Japan!
