Peal the potatoes and cut them into small dices Put the potatoes in a pan and add three cups of water . Place the pan on high heat and let the potatoes come to a boil. Then reduce the heat and let the potatoes simmer. In a small bowl pour the flour and add some water to it to make a paste . Slowly pour the flour paste to the boiling potatoes as u stir. Then add the food color and salt to taste .
Once the potatoes are cooked turn off the heat. In a serving bowl put the potato stew to it add a hand full of Chura, a bit of chopped onions , chopped chillies and a dash of lemon juice and a pinch of black salt.
pour more water and more flour paste if the stew gets too thick or too watery.
