Coconut cake with lemon cream;))

Sugar
4tbs
Egg

Oil
2tbs
Flour
5tbs
Baking powder
1tsp
Ground coconut
3tbs
Coconut milk or milk
3tbs
Lemon cream
Plain yoghurt
400g
Sweet condensed milk
50g
Lemon
1 or 2 (1 is enough.)
作り方

Preheat the oven 180C.

Using the electric mixer, mix sugar and eggs until the mix whitens.

Add the oil and keep mixing. Add flour and baking powder and mix more.

Finally, add the coconut milk and ground coconut.

Pour in a pan(silicon type or well greased) and bake for about 20min.

Lemon cream:
While the cake is in the oven, mix the yoghurt, the condensed milk and the lemon juice. Adjust according to your taste. Refrigerate.

Once the cake is cooked, put into a plate and let it cool. Serve with the lemon cream.
