Sushi maki

Cooked Japanese rice
3 cup
Egg roll
1/2 cup
Japanese cucumber
Ebiko
Wakame salad
Nori maki sheet
4 sheets
Mirin
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
1/2 tbsp
Brown sugar
1 tbsp

Mix mirin, soy sauce and sugar. Pour in cooked sushi rice, cool to room temperature.

Spread rice on nori sheet, arrange all topping (or filling) on one side. Roll with bamboo mat, cut and serve.
ポイント

Smear a little wasabi in the roll makes it taste better.
You can use any filling you like. Such as tuna salad, tuna fillet or salmon and avocado.
