Had many squid ink dishes before,first time in Japanese style,from Okinawa.
I have squid,pork,carrot,shiitake etc in it.

I didn't have many informations about this, I had never eaten this before,and I couldn't get じゅーしぃの素 here in HK.So I searched the internet and adding my own imagination,I used packet squid ink and dashi as the base of stock to cook rice with,the result was satisfying,but I am no sure if it's the real taste.Have to come to Okinawa to try!
