I used chicken breast and the trick to make it crispy is add egg white and potato starch mixed with two tbsp of tempera flour. Sauce: soy sauce, oyster sauce, white vinegar, Palm sugar. Fried some garlic (thick slices or whole garlic), add on to the dish is delicious.
