Fresh blueberries cooked down into a jam, homemade vanilla ice-cream,and two layers of crumble with coconut.
Idea comes from an old Donna Hay magazine.

ブルーベリーの季節だもんね。我が家のブルーベリーはプランター栽培の小さな木だけど、少しは実がなるよ。でもジャムにできるほどの量ではないから、フレッシュなままでヨーグルトに入れたりして食べています。
サクサクのクランブルにココナッツ、自家製ブルーベリージャム、ハーモニーが素晴らしく美味しそう♡

Thank you Makiko!Summer is full of beautiful berries,I have to make use of them!That's so amazing,you grow blueberries too,I hope your planters produce more and more!
I love looking at food magazines,that's where my inspirations come from,not only food,also photos!This one is from Australian Donna Hay,I altered the recipe a little,this combination is so good,coconut in the crumble is the best idea!
Still have the last two pieces in the freezer,but I think I have put on weight....😰

The photo and recipe are all inspired by a Donna Hay magazine,I just made some adjustments to suit myself.
It caught my eyes because the combination of the flavors sound good,and the color looks stunning in a photo!
I have a low tech ice cream machine,but it does a good job,please continue and make ice-cream yourself too!
