Pohovane tikvice🇷🇸

レシピ
材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Zucchini
2pc
All purpose flour
25g or more
Egg
1pc
Bread crumbs
60g
Salt
1/2tbs
Canola oil for frying
80-100ml
Sauce: Plain yogurt
50g
Garlic
1/2 clove
Dry or fresh dill
A little
Olive oil
Few drops
作り方

Skin the zucchini with a slicer, cut ends and then cut into 1cm thick pieces.

Place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and leave for at least 15min until soft. Drain water and wipe with a kitchen towel.

Prepare flour in one bowl, whisk the egg in another, place bread crumbs in the third bowl.

Coat zucchini first in flour, egg, then bread crumbs. Heat oil to medium heat.

When the oil is hot, fry zucchini on both sides until golden brown, around 2min. Transfer fried zucchini to paper towels and drain.

Sauce:
Crush garlic and put into the yoghurt and sprinkle with dill. Mix well. Add few drops of olive oil. Spread over zucchini.
