Grind the leaves of Bhedailotaa with garlic, ginger and green chillies with a little bit of water in a mixture and make a paste of it. Keep aside then Boil the eggs in a kadhai.
Heat mustard oil in a pan . Add turmeric and salt. Add onion paste and fry for 1-2mins. Now add garlic , ginger , Bhedailotaa and green chillies paste to it untill the raw smell of mixture vanishes. Mix well fry and cook with occasions stiring.
Then add boiled eggs in a pan and fry it .When the oil starts too ooze from the mixture add a cup of water. In the boiling curry , cover the pan & cook for 2-3mins. Remove the lid from the pan and cook till gravy thickens.
Serve hot with plain Rice. You will enjoy the Bon Appetite
