Soft flour
250g
Salt
A pinch
Baking powder
15g
Butter non salted
47g
Custer sugar
47g
Egg

Milk

作り方

Preheat the oven to 200C. Combine flour, sat baking powder and Custer sugar then put butter.

Rub butter into flour until they’re like sand. Mix egg and milk then pour into flour mixture. Don’t knead. Make the dough compact.

Roll the dough 2cm deep make scone using 6cm mold. Brush egg on top and rest for 15min. Bake them for 15min.
