Bubur Sumsum (Coconut Rice Flour Porridge or Indonesian Rice Pudding)

Cocunut Milk
65ml
Salt

Pandan Leaves

Coconut Sugar
1 Block

Make the porridge first. Mix well the rice flour, salt, coconut milk and water together. Boiled all those ingredients on small fire and stir it until the porridge thickened. And after its getting thickened turn of the fire. Your porridge is ready!

The coconut sugar sause. Chopped the sugar. Put 2 cups of water, 1gr salt, chopped sugar on the pan and 1 pc Pandan leaves. Boiled all the ingredients.

Put the porridge in the bowl and pour the coconut sugar sauce.

The secret of this recipe is when we stir the porridge. It needs to stir all the way we cook it.
