Sauteee ALL-
2 tablespoon olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup sliced portebello, 1 sliced yellow squash. 1/2 teaspoon each of cumin, turmeric, salt, pepper, and rosemary. A dash of chili pepper if you like heat. Once done, toss in 1/2 cup shredded cabbage and cook 1 minute more... 1/2 cup of your choice of cheese & melt quickly. Place gluten-free Rudis feisty tortilla in bowl and fill.
