Nuts and spice mixture: In a mixing cup of blender stir walnuts, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, greens(except coriander).
Preparation veges: 1.Sauté spinach for 5-7 min until soft, drain well and blend in a blending cup. 2.Boil cabbage leaves in a salted water for 5-10min and drain well. Blend with blender. 3.Boil beets in a pressure cooker for 60min, cool it down and grate finely.
Squeeze the mass very well to remove the juice.
Every veges mix sprinkle with salt and wine vinegar, add finely chopped fresh coriander.
Spilt nuts and spice mixture into 3parts and add to prepared veges mass. With wet hands form balls or burger like bars and decorate with nuts or pomegranate. Serve it cool with red wine.
