棒棒鷄 is Chinese dish,but I love the idea of serving it on tofu! Hi Nami,thanks for the inspiration,I didn't make spicy sesame sauce this time,may be next time! Also there is a lovely version from Izoom San,thank you too!
Thank you Nami,it's best idea,I love this kind of dish for summer,it's already hot here! I used Japanese tofu,in whole piece,no need to cut,just make spoonful of everything! I used original sauce for 棒棒鷄，mixed it up with sesame paste,ginger,garlic,花椒粉...everything is already at home.I think we all no need to buy bottled sauce,so easy to make at home with what we have,we could adjust for how we like too. But I also like 豆瓣醬,I will try Koji's next time!
