Cut the pear 🍐 into cubes. Melt a knob of butter in a pan and put in the cubed pears. Sprinkle some sugar if the pear is fresh and start cooking. Caramelize them with strong fire.

Then sprinkle the mixture of spices and a spoon of honey. Remove from heat and let it cool. Open foie gras and cut into cubes. Making a layer of cubed pear in the bottom of glass then diced foie gras. Put some nuts in the end.
