The mousse will turn out to be thicker and a lot richer than normal milk chocolate mousse as we use more dark chocolate in the dessert. The recipe works well too with only milk chocolate or even white chocolate. Do not be alarmed if the mixture turns out too runny if use milk chocolate! It happens, just refridgerate it for a few hours and you will get a nice creamy mousse with a lovely textureâ¤ï¸.
If you use a piping bag for the dark chocolate mousse, make sure you work real quick! Your hands' warm temperature would make the chocolate runny after a while, if it gets too runny just pop the chocolate in the fridge for a few minutes and work with it again. Don't leave it in too long or else it'll set! ð«
