butter

cream:
milk
400ml
sugar
50g
custard powder
50g
whipping cream

In a bowl add flour, sugar and butter. Use the rubbing-in method to incorporate the butter into the flour.

Add water gradually and mix to a soft dough.Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to rest.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface

Place the dough in a tart mould, you can make mini tarts or a big one.

Chill the dough for 20 mins.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15-20 mins.

Make the cream:
In a pan add milk, sugar, custard powder and mix well.

cook on medium heat stirring continuously until thickens.
Leave to cool.

Whip the cream until soft peaks forms.
Fold in the custard cream.

Chill before use.

Fill the tart with cream and top with your favorite fruits.

You can substitute custard powder with cornflour
