Kale chips

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Soaked cashew
1 cup
Bell pepper seeded
1/2
Nutritional yeast
2 T
Lemon juice
1 T
Salt
Pinch

Soak the cashew over night, drain water out then rinse. Add all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.

In a bowl put the washed de-cored kale add the mixture, stir well by hand making sure is all well coated every where evenly. Put on a tray to dehydrate for 24 hours at 115F. I use a Sedona dehydrator.
ポイント

You can always change the recipe, by adding garlic or chipotle pepper. As long as you keep the cashew ingredient the rest can change.
