Big salad crepe

レシピ
材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Egg

Flour
0.5 cup
Milk
1tbsp
Cucumber, carrot,onion, lettuce
, tomato
Kabocha no nimono (pumpkin)
Renkon (lotus root)
Sausages
Kani (crab)
Mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt, tomato ketchup
Salt, pepper,chili powder, oreganos, thyme powder
Shoyu, mirin, sake, dashi (for kabocha)
作り方

Finely chop cucumber, carrot, onion.

Chop 1tbsp of sausage, 1tbsp renkon, 2 slices of kani and stir fry.

Summer kabocha with shoyu, mirin, sake, dashi, water, salt, pepper, oregano until it’s really soft.

Mix all the ingredients of step 1 to 3 and add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, mustard, pepper, thyme powder, chili powder, salt, yogurt together evenly.

Mix an egg, flour, salt, pepper, milk, water to make crepe batter. Make a big crepe.

Lay a leaf of lettuce on crepe, put enough salad mixed earlier and wrap it like the picture. Cut it in the middle diagonally to make two smaller pieces. Finished!
