ham and cheese flat bread

whole grain flower
360g
dried fast active yeast
7g
olive oil
2 tbsp
warm water
280 .ml
caster sugar
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cheese
ham
作り方

mix together a little of the warm water, oil and yeast in cup cover for fifteen minutes.

sift flour in bowl add salt and sugar. make well center and pour in yeast mixture and rest of water. mix with folk till it all forms a dough.

flour clean surface and knead dough till smooth. grease bowl with a little oil place dough in and cover. place in warm area till doubles in size 30min-1hour

once risen tear peacenof dough and roll into ping pong sized balls. flour a rolling pin and surface and roll each dough ball as thin as possible.

place a little ham and cheese on a bit if the rolled out dough place another piece on top and roll flat again. continue till all dough used up.

very lightly butter a grill pan heat till very hot then turn down. place flat bread in pan then turn after approx 1-2 min. once cooked place on clean tea towel. best served warm
ポイント

can use different cheeses or anything else that can be rolled flat in middle such as spinach make sure u press all excess water out.
