Cook together potatoes and carrots, cook separately eggs(hard boiled). When it's cooked, drain the vegetables and leave it to cool down. Cut all vegetables, pickles, ham and eggs into cubes.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, dijon mustard and salt. Put all vegetables and egg into bigger bowl, add the sauce and gently stir everything. Decorate as you like. Leave in the fridge to cool down for at least one hour.
