Hi Makiko!Actually the idea comes from a book I bought when I first got interested in Japanese cuisine,so long ago,it's funny sometimes I found interesting ideas from old books!Chicken meatballs are just the usual stuffs,negi,miso,ginger juice,etc...
But lettuce underneath is pretty unusual!

Chicken meatballs were cooked in dashi beforehand.
