Non salted butter

Marie biscuits

Peanuts

mix with Cashews
Black chocolate

White chocolate

Glaze:
Black chocolate

Grind biscuits into fine powder in blender. Roast peanuts (non salted) and Cashew nuts on the frying pan with just a little bit of oil, until it gets nice aroma and colour. After that, crush them in a blender.

Put water and sugar into the pot on the stove(high heat), when sugar is melted add butter. When melted, add biscuits powder and peanuts. Remove from heat and separate in two different bowls.

Melt black chocolate and white chocolate separately on the stove or in the microwave, then add black in one bowl with biscuits mixture, white in another.

Making a chocolate glaze(mix black chocolate, milk and oil and melt it on the stove-double boiler method).

Place baking sheet into the tray and first put black layer, then while layer and then glaze on the top. Put in the fridge at least one hour. As a decoration you can put some crushed peanuts. Cut in small pieces.
