Tikvice musaka;)

レシピ
材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Bigger zucchini
8pcs
Pork minced meat (beef mix is also ok)
500g
Diced tomato can

Salt
Herbs (garlic salt, Italian herb mix, oregano, parsley)
Red paprika

Sour cream

作り方

Paprika preparation:
Roast 4 paprika on grill (around 30 min) or in the oven till well roasted on all sides. Put in the plastic bag and leave it till cooling down. Peel the skin and cut in stripes.

Zucchini preparation:
Peel the skin of zucchini, cut it in thin slices, salt it and leave it for 15min. Throw the excessed water and drain well with dry cloth.
Turn on the frying pan (medium heat), add a little bit of oil and fry zucchini slightly on both sides. Add a little bit of oil every time the frying pan becomes dry. When finished, set zucchini aside to cool down.

Meat sauce preparation:
Put oil in the frying pan, add chopped onion and minced meat, keep stirring until meat is broken into small pieces. Add garlic salt, herb mix, 1 tea spoon of salt. Add can of tomato and cook around 15 min.

Cream mixture:
Mix sour cream, milk and eggs well.

Put the oil into the oven dish and start laying ingredients in the following order:

From the bottom: zucchini--meat sauce--paprika stripes

Lay the ingredients till you use them all. Put slices of cheese all over the top and then pour the cream mixture.

Preheat the oven to 200C and bake for 30min, until golden brown.

When baked take out of the oven pour parsley over the top and serve warm.
