Sauté chopped onion, garlic, ginger. Add soft boiled potato cubes and soft cheek peas and stir.
Add tomatoes/ tomato ketchup, chotpoti masala/ chat masala to it and mix well. Add just a little bit of water to it and cook it until the water becomes thik gravy like.
Plate the dish, topped with chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, sprinkle a quarter of a lemon. Grate hard boiled egg on top of it. Crush plenty of nachos/Doritos on top of it. Serve while still warm and the nachos are crunchy. Some shredded cucumber can be added for garnish. Enjoy!
