Vegan Tuna Fish

Chic Peas

Celery

Sweet Onion
1/2 cup
Carrots
1/4 cup
Pickled Dill Relish
1 tablespoon
Smoke seaweed (dry)
1 1/2 tablespoon
Bread butter pickle juice
1-2 tablespoon
Dill Weed
1 teaspoon
Celery seeds
2 teaspoon
Vegenaise
3-4 tablespoon
Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
Dash
Kala Namak (Salt)
1/2 teaspoon

Chic peas (garbanzo beans), blanch in boiling water for 7 to 10 min removed and plunged in cold water stop cooking. Fork beans until smashed. Food processor can be used, don't over process. Keep beans coarse as possible.

Onions, Celery and carrots chop into regular salad size pieces and set aside.

All other ingredients mix in bowel incorporate beans including vegetables with wet and dry ingredients. Mix well, chill for two hours before serving.
ポイント

Kala Namak salt is high in sulfur tasting like boiled eggs. I strongly suggest use little tasting as you mix getting desired balanced flavor.

Serve as sandwich or as in picture Corn Crackers Minis. (ShagBark Seed&Mill).

This recipe is so closely to Tuna Fish most people never know its not Tuna. Very healthy and delicious.

Black Salt (kala Namak) can be found online and at Jungle Jim in Indian section.
