Field mushroom
1 large
Capsicum

Spinach
2 handful
Asparagus
1 bunch
Avocado
1/2
Tomato

Olive oil
2 tbspn
Herbs and spices
2 shakes

Thin layer of olive oil in fry pan on high

Add mushroom, sliced capsicum, asparagus (10cm long), tomato halves, and spinach.

Mix in herbs and spices, fry for 10-15 minutes. Occasionally turning and mixing.

Add avocado and eat
ポイント

Cut the stalk out of the mushroom and fry separately.
For herbs and spices I did paprika and basil.
Drain on paper towel if you feel there is excess olive oil.
