Korean chapchae

材料・調味料
beef or pork
200 - 300g
• soy sauce
1 Tbs
• saké
1 Tbs
• sesame oil
1 Tbs
• sugar
1 Tbs
• kochijan
1 Tbs
onion
1/2
red/yellow pepper
1/2 each
nira
1/2 pack
sesame seeds
as U like
salt & pepper
as U like
sliced garlic
as U like
harusame noodles

作り方

Marinate meat in • ingredients for at least 15-20 mins. Slice veggies (except nira) into 5-8mm width and pan fry with garlic, salt & pepper.

Add meat with marinade until browned. Add softened harusame & nira and blend well with sauces. Plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
ポイント

Boil harusame first if using dried noodles. Sliced meat is best, but anything will do. Using cabbage, bean sprouts or carrots are also recommended.
