Just some 大根の漬物(not すぐき)チャーハン,inspired by Romie San and Yukaringg San.

Having vegetarian tonight and I thought of Romie San's beautiful fried rice,couldn't get すぐき but luckily found this whole daikon tsukemono with stalks left on,sure not as good as original,but still very tasty for me.Also has egg, ginger, nori,sesame,tomato (たまご、生姜、青のり、ゴマ、トマト)in this.Thank you girls,

To: romie Thank you,I am amazed too that a fried rice made from humble ingredients could be that good,one mouthful with so many different things going on,and nice contrast between the savoury rice and the sweet and sour pickle.The rice is round grain Japanese type,but comes from Vietnam,not as stick
To: romie sticky as the variety from Japan(which I love normally if not for frying).I cook it using less water,1:1,no steep,and spread out on a tray to cool as soon as it's cooked,once it's cooled,it's ready to fry,comes out dryer like this.Thank you again for this great idea and resnap too!I will l
