Having vegetarian tonight and I thought of Romie San's beautiful fried rice,couldn't get すぐき but luckily found this whole daikon tsukemono with stalks left on,sure not as good as original,but still very tasty for me.Also has egg, ginger, nori,sesame,tomato (たまご、生姜、青のり、ゴマ、トマト）in this.Thank you girls,
Wowww How amazing! You always make me surprised so much rikk :D It looks so delicious n beautiful even though you don't get suguki. And not sticky,very good! (it's different kinds of rice?) To: romie sticky as the variety from Japan(which I love normally if not for frying).I cook it using less water,1:1,no steep,and spread out on a tray to cool as soon as it's cooked,once it's cooled,it's ready to fry,comes out dryer like this.Thank you again for this great idea and resnap too!I will l
