作り方

Make Filling First.
Mix All Filling ingredient But Butter.
strain, pour into hot Teflon with small fire, stir and add butter, cook until smooth and can be rounded. then set aside

Making Snowskin.
Mix all ingredients. let stand 30 minutes covered in plastic. then steam for 30 minutes

Stir while hot until smooth and can be rounded. Use plastic gloves so they don't stick. transfer the dough to the plastic warp. then enter the refrigerator for 4 hours.

separate the dough you want to color. give the dye as desired

After the dough is ready, make it round and fill it with the rounded filling smaller than the skin. adjust the size with the mooncake mold you have.
ポイント

roast 2 spoon glutinous rice flour or put it in the microwave for 1 minute for the ingredients to sprinkle on the skin and mold so it doesn't stick.
