Vegan mushroom tart🍄

レシピ
材料・調味料
White sauce: Tofu
350g (1丁)
Miso
1/2tbs
Arrowroot powder 葛粉
1tbs
Lemon juice
1/2pcs
Filling: Chestnut mushrooms
300g
Spinach (小松菜)
2bunch
Onion
1/2 pc
Olive oil for frying
Salt and pepper
To taste
Walnuts
Hand full
作り方

White sauce:
Drain off the water well from Tofu.
Blend all ingredients well.

Slice mushrooms and onion. Chopped spinach.

Put olive oil into the pan and on fire. Fry onion until they get soft and put mushrooms.

When mushrooms gets softened put spinach and salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the fire and put aside.

Fill the veges on tart crust first and put white sauce. Sprinkle walnuts. Preheat the oven to 180C.
Bake for 40min.
