Mixed summer salad with grilled chicken breast

レシピ
材料・調味料 (2 人分)
cos lettuce
2 heads
cucumber
1 half
carrots and tomatoes
2-3 each
Feta cheese
100g
sunflower seeds
1 table spoon
pumpkin seeds
1 table spoon
olive oil
balsamic vinegar cream
lemon fruit
1 half
salt
black pepper
egg

chicken breast filet
2 pieces
fresh herbs (e.g. parsley)
作り方

Start to boil eggs (for about 8 minutes), start to heat up frying pan with olive oil, sear chicken (season as you like)

Wash and cut vegetables, cut cheese into small cubes

Mix salad, vegetables, cheese

Blend olive oil and lemon juice (2/3 oil, 1/3 juice) , add salt and pepper (should taste little bit too salty and peppery)

Slightly roast seeds in frying pan

Mix salad and dressing and arrange on a plate

Peel eggs and cut into 4-6 pieces

Garnish salad with eggs, seeds, freah herbs, and some balsamic vinegar cream

Add chicken
